Here’s How It Works:

With your 1st-month subscription, we will send you a curated questionnaire via WhatsApp to understand your coffee preferences and preferred delivery days.

This collaborative menu and customisation process will take 1 week, ensuring you receive your bespoke coffees.

Delivery of your personalised beverages will start in Week 2. After each delivery, we will gather your feedback to refine your menu and recipes.

Throughout the 1st month of your subscription, we will make adjustments as needed to ensure you get the perfect coffee for you.

To welcome you on this exciting journey, you will receive a special ‘Collector’s Box’ along with delightful bonus coffee surprises during your 1st month’s subscription.

These little treats are our way of introducing you to the perks and exclusivities of our community — ‘The Inner League’.

Once your bespoke menu is finalised after the 1st month, it will be secured for all future subscription renewals. Your subscription will automatically renew each month, with deliveries occurring twice a week.

Each delivery will include 6 bottles, for a total of 8 deliveries, amounting to 48 bottles.

  • ‘The Brew Club' offers a monthly bespoke coffee subscription journey designed to elevate your daily coffee experience. Enjoy 2 carefully crafted bottles each day - 48 bottles a month, and discover the joy of having your perfect cup of coffee tailored just for you.

  • We recommend consuming the beverages within 3 days of delivery to enjoy them at their peak freshness, as each drink is crafted just a day before it arrives.

    Please refrigerate the drinks upon arrival to maintain their freshness! For best results, store them at a temperature between 3 - 5 degrees Celsius.

  • You can make changes to your beverages during the 1st month of your subscription, and your finalised menu will be delivered in the following months.

    If you'd like to swap out any menu items for future deliveries, just let us know at least 1 week in advance!

  • 'The Inner League' offers members an extra layer of exclusivity and indulgence with monthly bonus goodies and limited-edition collectibles for true coffee enthusiasts. As a member, you'll also have the opportunity to explore unique drink creations with us each month, including some rare seasonal coffee bean discoveries!

  • 'The President’s Circle' is an exclusive, by-invitation-only VIP membership available to our most loyal community members. This prestigious circle is reserved for those who have subscribed to both ‘The Brew Club’ and ‘The Inner League’ for 8 consecutive months. If you enjoy being pampered as a coffee lover, this is the place for you! As a member of The President’s Circle, you'll receive invitations to special gatherings and unique coffee-omakase events curated by coffee experts and barista champions, along with many other exciting experiences!

  • Deliveries will take place twice a week, with each delivery containing 6 bottles. Since 6 bottles are designed to last approximately 3 days, we recommend spacing the deliveries at least 3 days apart. For example:

    - Monday: 1st delivery

    - Thursday: 2nd delivery

    However, we’re happy to adjust the delivery days based on your preferences!

  • Deliveries will be scheduled for the time slots below:

    - Morning: 9 AM - 11 AM

    - Evening: 8 PM - 10 PM

    You may select your preferred time in the questionnaire that we'll provide upon your subscription purchase.

  • Changes can be accommodated if requested one week in advance!

    Simply send us a text via WhatsApp to inform us!

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to skip or pause a delivery. However, we encourage you to gift your coffees to someone else! Just let us know who you'd like to send your beverages to for the remainder of the month, and we’ll be happy to arrange it. Why not share your bespoke coffee experience with your loved ones and friends?

  • You can cancel your subscription or membership at any time from your ‘Accounts’ page. You will then continue to receive your beverages until the end of your current subscription or membership month.
